You can opt out at any time by contacting us. 12. Delivery. Perth Pharma will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. Perth Pharma is unable to refund courier delivery charges. Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded. We accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs. If items are dispatched to international destinations but do not arrive we will be unable to offer a refund or resend the goods without repayment of shipping charges. We guarantee the quality of products until they leave our premises however Perth Pharma cannot take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transit, photographic evidence must be provided before either a replacement or a refund is considered. We reserve the right to ask you to send the damaged goods back for inspection. We also cannot guarantee the timely delivery of your order once it is in the hands of the shipping company for any reason whatsoever including postal strikes, loss of package or delivery to wrong address by the shipping company. Our FREE DELIVERY offers are only redeemable on First class AUSTRALIA delivery (50 AUD) and on orders bought from Perth Pharma directly ONLY. We will not accept them on any other shipping method and merchant orders. We use third party couriers like DHL, FEDEX and Express Mail In the event that your parcels do not arrive on time due to delays made by couriers, we will do our best to help you contact them and try to get your orders to you as fast as possible. However, these companies have polices, e.g. Royal Mail require 14 days to deliver mail if it does not turn up next day for First Class post in the AUSTRALIA. Until this period expires, no claims can be filed and we are unable to resend your items or provide any refunds until these investigations are completed in their respective time frames. By placing orders with us, you agree to all delivery terms. International Transport Regulations: Perth Pharma will not post dangerous goods like aerosols and flammables outside the AUSTRALIA, all such orders will be cancelled or alternatives will be offered. 13. Stock levels. We stock over 40,000 items in our state of the art 10,000 Square feet capacity Warehouse, items are usually in stock however due to our high turnover, it is inevitable that we ran out of inventory sometimes which would prevent same day despatch. In most cases, our suppliers and manufacturers deliver to us within 24 hours, orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days. In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your order, we will get in touch with you straightaway to keep you up-to-date on your status. Manufacturers on occasion discontinue their products for many reasons, we try our best to keep up-to-date with available products. If you place an order and we find out that the product has been discontinued or no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel your order or advise you on alternatives you could try. Full refunds are granted if orders are cancelled. 14. Prescriptions. Perth Pharma charge a 0 AUD administration fee to cancel prescription orders. This fee is charged when we do not receive the physical prescription after an order has been made online. By making a purchase of a prescription item you confirm you have a valid AUSTRALIA prescription; where this is not the case a fee is charged to cover administration costs. When sending in your prescriptions to us, you must use recorded delivery as otherwise we will not accept responsibility for any lost prescriptions. |
